5 Quick Steps to using Travel Gift Vouchers:

• Step 1:
  Purchase a Travel Gift Voucher for a friend.
• Step 2:
  The Travel Voucher will be sent with your message to your friend in the form of a Travel Postcard
• Step 3:
  Your friend will then come to the Pangea website (www.pangea.co.za) and choose a holiday to go on.
• Step 4:
  Pangea redeems that Travel Voucher in lieu of payment for the holiday. If the holiday costs more than the travel voucher, then the balance can be paid using any acceptable credit card or bank transfer.
• Step 5:
  Jump on board … and they are off on holiday!

• Choose a destination from our Portfolio, or create your own!
• Contact Pangea International with your selection
• We will inform you about your chosen holiday’s availability and price.
• When it comes to paying for your holiday simply give us the Voucher Code you received on your postcard and the Voucher Number that was emailed to you.
• We will subtract the value of the Travel Gift Voucher from the overall cost of the chosen tour.
• Should there be anything outstanding you will be able to pay the balance of the tour using any acceptable credit card
• Should the tour be cheaper than the value of your Travel Gift Voucher, then you can use the remaining balance on another Pangea tour.
• Your Travel Gift Voucher is valid for 18 months from the day of purchase. After the 18 months has expired you will no longer be able to use the Travel Gift Voucher.
• Please note, all listed prices are subject to change without prior notification

Other things you should know

1. Travel Gift Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of initial purchase, or as required by local law.
2. Travel Gift Vouchers Gift are redeemable against any Tour offered on the Pangea International Tours website.
3. Travel Gift Vouchers remain valid until the entire value has been utilized or the expiry date has passed, subject to relevant local laws.
4. If the Travel Gift Voucher is redeemed in a booking of higher value, the balance may be paid using an acceptable credit card.
5. Travel Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
6. Pangea International Tours reserves the right to cancel Travel Gift Vouchers obtained fraudulently.
7. Pangea International Tours is not responsible for stolen or lost Travel Gift Vouchers.
8. All Travel Gift Vouchers sales are final. Travel Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
9. From time to time Pangea International Tours may change these terms and conditions without prior notification
